2. Booking Confirmation
All bookings made through GetMyBookings are subject to availability. Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your reservation. It is your responsibility to review the booking details and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
3. Rental Requirements
To rent a vehicle through GetMyBookings, you must meet the following requirements:
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Meet the minimum age requirement as specified by local laws.
- Provide valid identification and payment information.
4. Payment
Payment for rental services must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment gateways. All prices are quoted in the local currency and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made within the specified timeframe are eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the cancellation policy associated with your booking. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details regarding cancellation deadlines and refund eligibility.
6. Vehicle Pickup and Return
You are responsible for picking up the rental vehicle at the designated location and returning it in the same condition at the agreed-upon time. Late returns may be subject to additional charges. Any damage to the vehicle during the rental period will be assessed and charged accordingly.
7. Insurance and Liability
All rental vehicles come with basic insurance coverage. Additional insurance options may be available for purchase at the time of booking. By renting a vehicle through GetMyBookings, you agree to assume all liability for any damages, accidents, or injuries incurred during the rental period.
8. Prohibited Activities
The use of rental vehicles for illegal or prohibited activities, including but not limited to reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and transporting illegal substances, is strictly prohibited. Violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement and legal action.
9. Modification of Terms
GetMyBookings reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review this agreement for any changes.
10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GetMyBookings operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
